Standard 7-Day NDIS Short Notice Clause
Comprehensive Service Agreements (Registered & Unregistered)CANCELLATION AND SHORT NOTICE POLICY (NDIS PRICING COMPLIANT) 1. Notice Period: In accordance with current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, Apex Abilities Care requires at least seven (7) clear business days' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of scheduled supports. 2. Short Notice Fees: Where a participant provides less than seven (7) clear business days' notice, or fails to attend a scheduled session without notice (no-show), Apex Abilities Care reserves the right to charge 100% of the agreed fee for the scheduled support. 3. Redeployment: Apex Abilities Care will make every reasonable effort to find alternate billable work for the allocated worker. If the worker can be redeployed, no cancellation fee will be charged to the participant's NDIS plan. 4. Provider Cancellations: Where Apex Abilities Care cancels a support session due to staff unavailability or unforeseen events, no fee will ever be charged, and the session will be rescheduled at a mutually agreed time.
